I would go with either the Homax or RustOleum tile kit.
Depends on if it is tile or fiberglass. Check the paint counter at Home Depot and they will show you your options for paint.
Either of these are good products:
Rust-Oleum tub and tile refinishing two-part kit or Homax tub and tile refinishing kit
What is the shower tray made of?! Plastic use Rustoleum 2X or Krylon fusion spray paint for plastic. For metal use Rustoleum 2X spray paint for metal.

Just know that painting it will serve to be a temporary fix and not necessarily a long term repair. Eventually the paint will wear, especially with constant water usage.
In painting shower trays I recommend you to use a latex enamel based paint.
It’s a plastic-based shower pan, yes? You’ll need a paint system made for adhering to plastic. Rustoleum’s is easy to find and use.
Definitely clean it extremely well and follow the directions to a T.
