Hi,
You could add a Picture or a Mirror or a Trellis or a Quilt etc. Use as a Display wall!
How about painting on a stencil?

wouldn't touch it, unless you want to paint it a different color. the stacked look is so on trend now!
You could paint it a different color.
If you are just looking for a subtle change you could white wash it with a darker color. That might also take some of the shine off.
This is very in style right now but you could slightly change the color by adding a glaze or paint the grout.
I really like what you have. The stacked brick is unique and the color is on trend. I’d maybe color the grout.
you could paint it, you could cover it with reclaimed wood

I agree that this is a very trendy look right now but, if you don't like it you don't like it. While this is a fireplace I think it shows how nicely adding colored grout makes the wall pop. https://images.app.goo.gl/VJJgkm4tiRcYL44J7
depending on the size and location of the wall, some rustic shelving might be nice too.
I would get Mapei grout refresh and color the grout a dark gray. But first I would paint the bricks either a gray white and then change the grout color.
I would paint or white wash individual bricks different shades of one color leaving some of the white ones. Depends on you taste and decor
If you freshen up the stone color you can hang a mirror that would reflect that beautiful pop of color in the plant.
I would put some matt black picture ledges and put black and white photos on them
i actually love that color .. it is perfect background to beautiful plants
Paint it in a new color.
