We love to have fires, roasting marshmallows etc so I decided to make a small side table to put all the things! This would also work great for a planting table or something for your deck or inside to put plants on.

What you will need

•Shelf material or wider piece of wood

•3or 4 -1”4” x 8’

•saw

•screws

•air nailer/nails

Step 1

cut list

4 - long pieces ( depends on the height you want your table)

4 - short pieces (depends on the width of your table

table top length

1 - piece as your front apron sizing depends on the length of your top

again this is all depending on your space you want your table in 😀

once you have your pieces cut you will need to screw them together to make a rectangle as seen in the picture.

Side note

try to give yourself enough space from the ends where you are putting the screws in so the boards don’t crack or pre drill to help out with that.

Step 2

once you have your rectangles made get your table top and flip it up so you can screw on the legs from the bottom. Make sure your using shorter screws so they don’t come out the top. Once this is done flip it back over to upright. You now want to add your front 1”x4” piece with your nailer, fill in the screw holes with wood filler if needed and decide on paint, stain or what you’d like to finish it with!

Finished

I painted it white and didn’t fill in the screw holes. Now we have a small side table for all those weekend fires! A quick diy to add something to your outdoor living space!
