There are multiple ways, depending on how you want to proceed. First, scrape anything that you can.
An oven cleaner like Easy Off will do the job but it has horrible fumes and can harm flooring & skin. You will want to put down protective paper for dripping.
You can use a clay based paste and steel wool to scrub.
SOS or similar steel wood pads with cleaner in them with lots of scrubbing.
Last thing, which is my go to (and I do not sell or promote this company) is Norwex. A friend gave me the oven cleaner and I was blown away that it does such a great job with no fumes. You warm the oven, spray, wait, and wipe away.

How to Clean INSIDE Your Oven Door
I have a self cleaning oven which never truly cleans the oven so I use an oven cleaner. Fantasik has one that works well and so does Goo be gone.
I use a baking soda and water paste, to scrub after I've wiped the oven clean. Then I wipe out the baking soda paste and rinse well. I wash the racks in blue Dawn soap.
Warm the oven to 200 degrees and shut it off. Place a bowl of ammonia in the warmed oven, shut the oven door and do not open it, let it set overnight. In the morning in a well ventilated kitchen, take out the bowl of ammonia. the fumes do the work of loosening and allow the mess to be wiped out.
I personally use baking soda and vinegar. I just sprinkle baking soda over them and spray with vinegar. Allow the foaming reaction to happen then soak in hot water for a few hours. This will loosen any grease and grime which you can then scrub off more easily.
