I found this on 3 of my 4 rabbiteye blueberry plants. Its only on new growth shoots for next years crop.

Is this a drought issue(was in the 100s in atlanta for about a week), a fertilizing issue(applied 3/4 cup at fruit set, or a disease of some sorts, possibly some type of blight? Please help with diagnosis and solutions. Thanks to all of your free expert advise.
