Aussie Version of the Bottle Tree

I love the bottle trees that I have seen on here and pinterest so decided to have a go at one myself and here is the result, first the tree and then the surrounds with a bit of humour added as well. My bottle tree has a purpose other than to collect spirits it is to provide a drink to the thirsty and this little (lol) lady is so thirsty she is ready to hug anyone in site. So have a drink on this Aussie gal; and hopefully a laugh as well.

I used a treated pine post, cemented it into the ground and when it was set cut different lengths of cold roll steel and inserted them into the drilled holes on the post.

Then I made a pot lady holding a bottle, and a little glass table out of bits and pieces, and added some wooden tulips for a bit more colour. I love my bottle tree, it looks amazing when the sun shines on it.

I love it!! I have found antique ones, but they wouldn't fit in my suitcase!:) I told my hubby about yours and he's going to make me one...thank you!
