Can anyone identify this plant for me?

Its not a canna lilly...Ive had a lot of people tell me canna, but I do know it's not a canna...phlox maybe?

There are many varieties of gingers. You will enjoy them in your garden. I have a couple of different ones and I love them (super easy to grow!). Good luck.

That is definitely ginger! I have a lot growing in my garden and although it smells great in the spring
