    I would add some shiney stones around the jars in some sort of design but they do look great

    I love this...oh how it reminds me of old school house or light house wall sconce shades. I would paint the lids a pewter and add chain or rope around the base to hide the lid. I am definitely going to steal your amazing idea for my barn house makeover.
