I bought this tray for $2.25

I wanted to give the table and tray a new look. I disassembled the table and used Rustoleum metallic bright gold on the brass legs. I used Krylon navy blue for the top.

These were the decorative backings from my dining chairs. I didn't replace them after the makeover, but kept them.

I used wallpaper sample to cover the tray and painted it with metallic gold for a rich look.

I added the chair backings to the table to give it a new look.

Used the tray as a makeshift drawer for the table. This is the new look for the table and tray married together
