Honey will keep forever. No need to do special sealing. It will keep forever as long as it's in a covered container.

What Hannah Vaughan says! It last forever! Just sat through some continuing ed classes, hours of "bees" and that was one of the interesting tidbits they spoke about. Wish my jar in the pantry didn't look like a block of amber...LOL

It will be good pretty much forever, but if it crystalizes you can restore it to a more liquid form by heating it. Either the microwave or on the stove by setting a glass jar of it in a pan of heated water will work.
