Basement Finish in Belleville, IL.

After the earlier purchase of a Fulford home in Belleville, IL, these clients contacted Fulford Home Remodeling to expand their home using the unfinished space in their basement. The client's ideas and dreams were brought to life with Fulford's initial 3D virtual design that included room for the new pool table, a ¾ bathroom, kids play area, custom kitchen-sized bar, and a theater room complete with a surround sound system, component niches, a coffered ceiling, and an arched opening. Custom bar amenities included "rustic-alder" cabinets, granite countertops, bar-height seating for four, full kitchen appliances, glass-display cabinet doors, and a stem glass holder above the stainless steel sink. Other basement features included multiple lighting options, "Alterna" tile floors, an aluminum open-baluster stair system, and round colonial columns to cover existing support posts. A great design, attention to detail, and final finishes ensured that this lower level will be enjoyed by many friends and family for years to come.

That is so pretty, I miss having a basement, I hope they don't have to worry about getting water down there. You did a wonderful job.

Thanks Lois! Low likelyhood of water as it is a walk-out basement with a sump pump and a water-powered back-up sump pump:)
