I am disabled and have a problem getting on my knees so I need a quick fix for a small front porch. I wish to remove the carpet and paint. I prefer black and white blocks with a red trim(??) Any easy ideas for me?? :D

  • If you don't mind not-perfect paint edges, you can use an old picture frame to paint within set on the floor. You can tape a paint brush to the end of a paint pole, yard stick, or other long handle and paint while standing up. Or purchase a paint pole and smaller foam rollers. If you prefer clean lines, maybe a friend could tape out the floor for you. If you prefer carpet, there are plenty of peel and stick carpet square options available.

I have a problem with my knees so I got a yard knee pad at Big Lots and kneel on that. Works great!
