Get an old board and glue antique keys in different directions and use a key holder for your current keys, Put pegs under it to hold your keys, also put them on frames to hold your love ones close, ex. you hold the keys to my heart:

I had a bunch of old keys. I shined them up using my dremel w/brush, then I used E6000 & glued old jewelry pieces on them. They make great necklaces.
