Coffee pod storage... with a crate and a deep fryer basket

After visiting Susan's kitchen on HomeTalk at: http://www.hometalk.com/diy/-469857, (Susan wanted to know how to warm up an all white kitchen. ) I immediately thought of this little project. Come on over and chime in your own ideas!
Bringing woodsy accessories and plants into an otherwise blank slate can really warm things up. Here's a simple fix on how I ended up storing 'all those coffee pods'. And all it took was a crate and a deep fryer basket. :)

I love repurposed things, so creating a little coffee station out of a crate and deep fryer basket really junked things up.. and made them prettier too! http://www.funkyjunkinteriors.net/2012/04/coffee-pod-storage-with-crate-and.html
Seriously, this is the most productive little coffee station I've had yet. And all it took was a crate and a deep fryer basket to pull off.
The create became a rustic shelf of sorts and the basket was the perfect place to grab a new pod at coffee time. I love that you can also see the coffee labels as well. Simple, easy and warm! :)

I like the basket idea for those K-cup, we all know how the boxes alone take up to much space, and we never can be sure how many are left.
