This 1910 bungalow was very cozy at 800 square feet. The two-story addition includes a new family room, dining area, open kitchen, laundry room, mudroom, master bedroom and bathroom suite. A new front porch and small screened porch were also added to the existing structure. This home was awarded Earthcraft certification.

    same house ... quarter turn perspective. They enlarged the the space above the front door to make a whole front porch and to cover both front windows instead of the roof only covering the front door

    I'm only seeing the before, so yes, very confused!! And what's left on the 1st floor??
