I seriously can't believe you put in all that effort and you'll be moving....Maybe it'll work out that you'll find jobs there and you'll stay and enjoy all your efforts....

as a concrete contractor this is very common. cats and birds are drawn to wet concrete like a litter box, happens to us a lot. lol got to love mother nature!
