If you follow along on my blog, then you know I have looked for a new ottoman, since I didn't find anything I liked, it was time to reupholster the one I have.
This is a really easy project to make if you are in need of an ottoman.
This is what mine currently looked like.
This shows the base when it is all taken apart and just how simple it is to make one.
The top is simply a piece of plywood with 4 " foam and covered with batting then upholstery. All that is left to do is add the cording to go between the two pieces and then screw them together and add the legs back on.
All done and it only took about an hour.
Perfect color for my room. If you need an ottoman, this one is really easy to make. I show more details on my blog post. --http://www.astrollthrulife.net/2014/10/how-to-make-upholster-ottoman.html

Swan Road Designs on Oct 16, 2014Looks great and gives me an idea for an area in our living room that could benefit from a custom ottoman. Thanks for the input.
