Dining room makeover
My dining room was the first room I completely redecorated. I added wainscoting (picture frame boxes), painted TWICE, made my own curtains, and then worked around my MIL's old dining room furniture to create a room that we love. Full details on my blog.
The curtains (made from some discount Braemore fabric) are my favorite part.

A year later I was ready for a more neutral/modern look. So I repainted white under the chair rail and a light gray above. And did some more redecorating.
We enjoy this room.

Beautiful! I adore your curtains! If it was mine I would add a rug under the table and chairs in a small print or solid color to coordinate with the fabulous curtains.
