Love the look and tried this myself but kept having to glue and reglue the thrift store chairs so I gave up. What color did you use? I'm trying to find the perfect turquoise to paint my very boring kitchen chairs.

I like this! I even like your twig hanger! It reminds me of something I saved on Pinterest. I've been saving crystal beads, when I find them clearanced, JUST for the project. However, girlfriend, THAT RUG! It doesn't fit, size wise, PLUS, it doesn't fit design wise. You can do much better. And I'm sure, when you get tired of it, you will ;)

I did this in the 70s because I didn't have much $. I loved the idea then and miss them still. Would do it now if storage of expensive chairs wasn't a problem.
