Spiders and Webs

Easy
I hope you’re getting you house decorated for a fun Halloween night. How about some more Halloween crafting to get your house ready for that spooky night! I’m going to show some really quick decorating ideas that are easy and quick to make.
Now let me tell you how simple and easy that 31 frame that is sitting on the shelf was to make. I found this Martha Stewart web paper at Michael’s and the frame at Hobby Lobby (both @ 50% off). The paper has sheets of spider webs in sliver, gold, and black.
I bought this frame at Hobby Lobby at 50% off.
I found this Martha Stewart web paper at Michael’s. The paper has sheets of spider webs in sliver, gold, and black.
Then all I did was cut the silver web paper to fit into the frame, and cut a 31 from black vinyl on my Cricut. You could also just print these out on our computer and cut them out. I stuck the 31 vinyl on the outside of the glass, but if you cut it from paper, you could just glue it on the web paper. Then I stuck some glittery scrapbook spider stickers on there. Here is a close up of it so you can see it in all of it’s Halloween awesomeness.
Now let me show you another project I did with the Martha Stewart web paper. Because I just think this stuff is pretty neat. This one uses the black web paper and some Mod Podge. I bought a piece of unfinished wood at Michael’s for about $4, then painted it black.
Next I cut a piece of black web paper to fit, and used Mod Podge to adhere it to the wood I had painted black.
Once the paper dried, after I impatiently waited. I took some of that spider web cotton stuff and stretched it and hot glued it on the sign. Then I attached a glittery spider, and some more vinyl lettering. It turned out to be this cute little welcome sign. I just used it in the house, but it would also be neat on a wreath.
