Honoring National Pumpkin Day With a Contest in My Garden!

Today, October the 26th is National Pumpkin Day.* (*http://www.thelastleafgardener.com/2012/10/in-honor-of-national-pumpkin-day.html)
And according to a web-page describing this holiday, "Within the past 10 years, white pumpkins have become more popular in the United States."** (** http://nationaldaycalendar.com/national-pumpkin-day-october-26/)
This fact has not been lost on a diva visiting my succulent garden. She can be seen within a solo-photo-op in the first image accompanying this posting.
She has come here to judge what she perceives to be the best Halloween costume being worn by some guests that are currently visiting my succulent garden and are featured in the second image.

However she has not taken on this daunting task alone. Because today is National Pumpkin Day, she has chosen a friendly pumpkin (who is waving to you, dear reader, as you can see in the second image) to help her with this tough decision in picking out the best costume.

And she also plans to consult with someone she calls her BFF, who can be seen in the third image, where she is flanked by a trick-or treater and someone dressed as a spider, who is a contender for the best costume.
The diva does not believe that too many cooks spoil a pot and has recruited another judge to help with the best costume contest. But this particular judge may have a conflict of interest, for her costume had been considered to be a contender.

I have this fact on good authority, for I overheard her say, "I could-a been a contender, but I opted out in order to participate in National Pumpkin Day activities." She can be seen in the fourth image, dressed as a pumpkin, which is very appropriate for National Pumpkin Day.
All of these folks, except for the spider who initially posted with the diva's BFF, can be seen in the group shot (fifth image). It is an image which features the costumed contestants milling about my garden with un-costumed trick-or treaters.
In addition to the spider, the finalists include the following: a pirate, a police officer, a fireman, and a vampire.
They also include a witch who hopes her "witchful" thinking will help her win the honor.
And, last but not least, others being considered are some triplets who have come as "Wizard of Oz" characters. But Tin Man, who once complained if I only had a heart, and who has one now, is saying, if I only had a pumpkin.

There's just no pleasing some people!
Be that as it may, dear reader, what costume do think the judges should choose as the favorite?
