How to Make a Spice Rack

Trace shelf for sizing on the masonite.

Cut out the masonite with a circular saw (also called a skill saw).

Measure a 2-inch border for the shelf.

For more style and detail, trace the bottom of a glass for rounded corners.

Cut out masonite with a jig saw.

For more support, glue a piece of wood to the bottom of the spice rack.

Add the new spice rack to your cabinet.

Add your spices and enjoy the extra space for spices or other kitchen items.
