Do you live in an area where it is IMPOSSIBLE to grow a traditional winter garden outdoors? -40 degrees is just too cold. But, we still can have fresh grown food even in the winter. 1. With some serious but simple protection we can still harvest fresh garden root vegetables.
2. Grow herbs right in your kitchen window
3. Grow sprouts on your kitchen counter top.
4. Grow micro greens and salads.
5. In a sun room, greenhouse or under grow light you can create a little summer right where you are, to grow even summer crops.
