$5 Yard Sale Ladder Turned Kids' Bookcase!
My mom spotted this ladder at a yard sale not too long ago. It set her back a whopping $5. She scooped it up and brought it to me, thinking I'd turn it into something, but no idea what...and I didn't know either! Until one day, it hit me!
A bookcase for my daughter's room! I picked up some wooden dowels and got out the white paint...
I did some measuring, some drilling, and stuck the dowels into place...
And we had a bookcase! The dowels fit so snugly in the drilled holes, there was no need for any glue whatsoever. They aren't going anywhere!
Perfect for her books, and the space on her wall that was just itching for something this size!
Just spent a couple bucks on the dowels for this project! Not bad for $7!
