To make cleaning the HomeRight Finish Max even easier, foam splash guards are now included with sprayers. Replacement or retrofit foam splash guards can be ordered to add to a current Finish Max. Gail from My Repurposed Life shows users how to install it into a Finish Max they already own.
The foam splash guards looks like this and has an arrow showing where it should be placed in the unit.
This is what the foam splash guard looks like when it is installed in the Finish Max Sprayer.
If you are having issues with the sprayer not spraying paint you may need to clear these two holes in the top of the sprayer. A skewer works great for this clean up area.

The new foam splash guard show help prevent paint and stain from getting into these holes during operation.
Remember to remove the foam piece while cleaning the Finish Max. Gail has all kinds of tips on using the Finish Max sprayer you can visit her blog My Repurposed Life for details.
