Wine Cork Reindeer

I have the quickest and easiest craft for you today. I literally made one of these while I was talking on the phone.
I was doodling with some leftover wire from the Plumbing Parts Holiday Decor project - http://www.hometalk.com/diy/craft/ornaments/craft-ideas-for-christmas-ornaments-from-plumbing-parts-5919516 - and suddenly I was looking at a cute little stick reindeer.

And then he asked me to make him some friends, so I did.
Full materials list and tutorial are all on the blog, listed below the photos.
Use the needle-nosed pliers to grasp one of the 3″ wires (for the legs). Push it into the side of a wine cork.

Follow the complete instructions on the blog.
Grab the horns with the pliers and insert them into the head of your reindeer.
These would make a fun gift for the wine lovers in your family or the kids who are old enough that they wouldn’t pose a choking hazzard.

I have Rudolph and friends lined up on our mudroom coat rack. The kids like to play with them.

Adorable! I make mine with twigs but yours have a more modern look. Very clever.
