Reuse Wooden Wine Crates

1 Hour
Easy
This is my "wooden boxes" section...
I was given a few wooden wine crates a while ago... The good thing about these boxes is you can change their location, give them any kind of use all over the house. Some of them will be used as bathroom cabinets in a near future. Their covers are also useful for multiple ideas such as boards, etc.
So I took a few of them for my living room. They all have their stamp from the winery they are from (Spain and France) so I definitely decided not to paint them in order to keep their character. However I used asphalt to distress and age them a bit.

Never heard of asphalt being used to distress wine crates. Very innovative idea! Looks great as well.
