How to build a target stand for BB gun practice. You can carry it with you or leave it set up in your yard or at the range to practice shooting your BB gun anytime. The foam core back helps to capture the BBs so you can dispose of them properly and not just leave them out in nature.
The target stand has a clip where you can hang paper targets, like this one from Bass Pro Shop.
Here's all the gear you'll need to enjoy this BB gun target stand: paper targets, Red Ryder BB Gun, BBs, and safety goggles. To build the stand, you'll need 2x4s, 1x1, 2x6, screws, a bull dog clip, a drill, square, foam core board, craft knife, staple gun, measuring tape, and a circular saw. Blog includes video tutorial so be sure to click on the link to get the full details.
You can hand carry the target to a remote location to shoot your BB gun.

This is nice! Great for teaching safety! My husband said that you can also make it for slightly more powerful ones if you put sheet metal on it and slant the back. Put a sand trap in the bottom to catch them.
