85 year old one panel door converted into a King size headboard.

Finished in a satin Onyx Black this one panel door headboard began its life in an old home in Dallas near SMU. A general contractor was tearing down the home when I purchased 20 doors in this same style. I added my finishing touches to it and brought it back to life for one of our Customers.

    How did you make the legs and do they hook to the bed frame.thank you

      They can be made by knotching out a 4x4 post or by using a long and a short 2x4. I include heavy duty screws and washers to anchor the legs to a standard metal bedvframe
