DIY Painted Stone Fireplace

$10.00
2 Hours
Easy

I love giving my home special touches here and there that suit my personality. After living in my home for a little more than 5 years the rock on my fire place started to get to me and I really needed a change in our main living room. The thought process started and I was intrigued to take on the challenge of painting my fireplace stone a beautiful soft gray to give it a pop of some much needed character.

Take that drab brown rock and give it new life with a coat of chalky finish paint.

During. It's instant gratification on painting these rocks.

I am looking at doing this project. I have the same stones and it's time for a change. What kind of paint did you use?
