DIY Glass Bottle Lamp ~ Pottery Barn Knock Off

I've adored, but couldn't afford, the glass bottle lamps at Pottery Barn. No matter how deep my love affair though, I simply could never justify paying $280 for a glass bottle and a shade!
I can however, buy a large discounted bottle from Michael's, make a faux cork to top my bottle, tear apart an old lamp for parts and turn it all into one convincing knock off! Add an inexpensive burlap shade from Lowes and I'm one happy girl.
Eat your heart out Pottery Barn, mine only cost $53!!

OMG! Wish I had seen this Before I threw out 3- 5 gallon glass bottles we had laying under the deck. I'm not as crafty as the next person and never did I think of using them as lamps (unfortunately-since I need 2)
