As organic as plastic flowers can be...My chandelier is constructed of plastic flowers and twigs from the forest near my house. If I can do this, any one can!!
To make a chandelier like this one or similar all you need is this:

* 1 sturdy (or 2 less sturdy) wreaths or swags that you can shape to a circumference or square, your choice!

* Lots of artificial flowers and greenery.. LOTS! source your thrift shops, dollar stores and garage sales for these., that's what I did...

* Some (4 or 5 pieces) sturdy twigs or branches for the inside of the chandelier and some little pieces for a top center piece.

* A few glass tears or blig bling from old fashion jewelry.

* Some ribbon to hang it from.

* And some hot glue and green wire to hold your pieces together.
That cutiepie on the top corner is Charlie.
This is how my basement floor looked like while collecting all my materials...
I had 2 grapevine swags.
I connected the 2 swags I had with wire to create a very sturdy structure, that gave me a 30" circumference.
My swags came already decorated with greenery but if you have to add it yourself, don't be stingy...it is important that you make it look full for a more dramatic effect, trust me!
Next would be to collect your flowers and place them symmetrically...
