What is better than making something from nothing? Using old cans of any size and a piece of recycled wood with a built in handle, I created a rustic organizer for school supplies or silverware.
All it took were a few recycled aluminum cans and a block of wood. I'm using a repurposed piece of an old barrel for this one and it looks amazing. Even comes with a built in handle for carrying it!
Put 2 cans on each side of the wood and you've got a carrier for four recycled aluminum cans! Fill it with school supplies for the kids. Create a homework center and fill the cans with everything they will need to succeed!
My favorite use is as a silverware caddie. I fill it with forks, knives, spoons, and napkins for an easy picnic tote. Grab it to bring everything you need outdoors for a family barbecue.
It also works great to hold the salt and pepper grinders. Pass them across the table in one easy move with no mess!
Recycled aluminum cans can be used for many projects. Organize them on an old cutting board for workshop or craft storage. The possibilities are endless.Want more inspiration from Homeroad.net for recycled aluminum can projects?
