Hmm ....If the leaves are turning pale, sort of grayish color it is usually too much water. I don't see 'spotting' on the yellow though difficult to tell from the pictures, so I tend to lean towards too little water. Often times the older leaves will turn yellow and drop off if there is not enough water. You can trying thinning it out some by trimming some of the runners off all they way at the base of the plant or if they have been in those baskets a while you might need to put them in something lager or at least refresh the soil they are currently in.

I also have many but my loveliest are in pretty vases in water....I never feed them, just refresh the water about every 6 - 8 months....

Looks like they need a larger container, and more soil or you need to trim back some of the roots and still add soil (if you want to keep them in that pot)

The amount of water you are providing it is too much because there isn't enough soil to absorb it which is causing the leaves to Yellow. Good luck!

They may be pot bound.... increase the pot size by no more than 2 inches... and give them some good Miracle Grow potting soil

The florist at my local grocery store told me when leaves turn yellow at the bottom, they’re getting too much water, if they turn yellow at the top of the plant, they’re not getting enough.
