My sign is a painted shovel with the handle inside of a tiki light holder. I used regular street numbers from DIY store.
Put out about 5 years ago
weathered well for 5 years without touch-ups

    What flowers did you use as it is beautiful?

      Hi Janet, I have clematis climbing on the back of the mailbox, Moses in the cradle are the deep purple, carpet of snow the white flowers, salvia the light thin purple, and orange Mexican sunflowers. This was several years ago, this year it's not as pretty.

    Where did you find such vintage mail box?

      It is a regular mailbox that my husband covered with found materials. The tin roof is just that a piece of tin I found, he used wooden shingles to cover it, I bought the wooden fence from Michaels, and painted small pieces of wood to look like darkened windows.
      He also made the backdrop from wooden shingles and wooden lattice. It is about 10 years old in this picture.
