Thanks to all for the great ideas. Started out a dark dingy untouched attic for over 40 years with some white paint and lots of thrift store searching has become my vintage heaven.
Found some lovely inexpensive shower curtains and used a stool with a touched throw
Found a wonderful vintage lamp
Thrift store lamp and child's crinoline for shade vintage nightmare lovely white wicker basket on wheels and filled with toiletries.

Small thrift store rocker and throw and I could not be happier with my vintage heaven
