There are many benefits to using natural cleaners like distilled white vinegar and hydrogen peroxide in your home. But many people are not using these natural products effectively. This can cause illness-causing germs to rise to unsafe levels in your home according to the CDC.
Distilled white vinegar and hydrogen peroxide work best when used to disinfect items that have been properly cleaned. However, neither of these products are effective germ killers when they are at room temperature.
The only way you can combat bacteria that causes food poisoning in your kitchen is by boosting the disinfecting powers of either vinegar or hydrogen peroxide using heat.
To learn how to heat vinegar or hydrogen peroxide safely, and the right way to apply to surfaces so you can kill nasty bacteria, check out my blog post.
