Sweet Dreams Linen Spray

Not too long ago my sister in law asked me to come up with a concoction to help her 6 year old daughter sleep easier. Mostly, it's a spray that is (according to the 6 year old) going to keep all of the bad dreams and things away. Who could say NO to that? I figured if I am going to be creating a spray, I might as well make sure it smells good and relaxing and create a cute printable for it, too.
Grab all of your ingredients and start mixing things up! You will need a spray bottle, alcohol, water, vinegar. For this Sweet Dreams Linen Spray you will need Lavender, Bergamot, and Angelica essential oils.
Once you have your linen spray created, you can then download and print out this super cute free printable.
All done! This is a fun little project to do with your kiddos, and it even helps me get MY toddler to sleep every night. (Of course I had to make her some, too!) Now every night before bed we say our prayers and spray our Sweet Dreams. Head over to PinkWhen for the full tutorial and instructions.

Oo I bet this smelly dreamy! I have to spray my pillow every night with yummy pillow spray before I go to sleep. Right now I'm on a vanilla kick, but I'll have to try this!
