Cleaning a self cleaning oven

I clean the self cleaning oven but there are spots that do not get clean. What can I use to get those spots clean without ruining the self cleaning finish on the oven?

Some self cleaning oven manufactures have suggestions on how to do this. But if you use the wrong cleaning chemicals you could mess up the finish so it will not self clean as well the next time. I suggest that you look up the manufacture of your stove and look for the phone number of their help line to get the correct answer to this question.

Woodbridge is correct. You can even pull up directions online. Baking soda is a wonderful idea but make sure it is correct for your stove.
