Do you pass up those old books when you go junkin'? Think again with this easy Knock off.
Those bundled books - they make me swoon - but not enough for hand over $20 - 30 bucks a bundle! I've seen these at Ballard Designs as well as Restoration Hardware. Here's a neat trick to get this similar look for a fraction of the cost.
I went to my local Goodwill and found these AWESOME books. I went straight for the clearance bin and made sure to grab any old book. My total cost was $2.25!!
I absolutely LOVED the old inscriptions left from the previous owners from the 40's!
This is so easy to recreate. Just tear off the old covers...gently and wrap the bundle in twine. That's it!
I added a little embellishment for my own personal touch.
Pair it with any other decor and it's a gorgeous addition to any space! Now it sits on my shelves, looking pretty! To see the rest of this post, and some of my other Ballard Knockoffs - be sure to click below and let me know you stopped by!
