Re-purposing glass from picture frames

Hi all! I bought a bunch of frames (with glass) for some craft projects but I don't need the glass. I hate to just throw it away. Does anyone have some ideas for re-purposing it?

And I have frames that need glass! Depending on size, you could repurpose for table top protection if you sand the edges. If there is an art club in your area, there may be interest. Is there a project where you could paint some of the pieces, or use that spray that turns them into mirrors? I'd just store them for future use.

@Janine K Dudley Am not sure. Took a couple of pieces in to Speedy and they did it for me as a favour. I'd Google, post the question on this site, or call a glass place.

do the faux stained glass on them - it's fun plus looks great and give them as gifts. they look great hanging in windows too.

you can buy mirror finish at the home improvement store and spay the glass to a mirror finish. grouping a few together to get a size you like.

Make a terrarium out of them just in time for Spring. I think I saw one on Hometalk once. If not, I'm sure there are many tutorials on the internet. :)
