Shelf for Small Laundry Rm

I have a tiny laundry room and couldn't fit a shelf or counter for folding. Then I saw this at Ikea( you can see that I still have to improve my washing speed, kids drop dirty clothes on floor to be washed, the shelf can't fix everything:)
This is my laundry shelf when folded(It folds up about 3" from the wall
