I think it would be better to do some research about whetheryou should add on or whether you'd be better off moving to a home that mayalready have the features and extra room that you desire.Do also check whetherthe move is cost effective.

If you have to ask I think you already have your answer. I think you are ready to move, ask yourself what is missing in your house before you start looking that way the next one will last. Is it the flow, the size, the area....
