I needed something hanging outside my window to hide a very ugly construction site next door. Since I can't pass up a good dish when I see one, I thought I should stop hoarding them and put them to use. This project was completed using E6000 glue, some recycled bottles, a condiment dish, two metal springs, two big washers, and some cording.
Finished product, These are hung from a shepherd's hook. I'm trying to get a link to my inspiration for creating these. The original angel idea came from Kim Jongsma( https://www.facebook.com/FirstGlassGardens/timeline ). But here's one for the corded hangers: http://www.hometalk.com/diy/decorate/rooms/diy-knotted-jute-netting-for-demijohns-and-bottles-tutorial-4446887
I got these condiment dishes from a thrift store. And I saw the angel idea on the internet,
Just glue them together, and let it sit for a very long long time. I used clear packing tape to hold them together while gluing.

@Debi Willhoite I love how the ideas we share become different ideas when the reader combines their imagination with ours. Thank-you for the kind words!

Beautiful! First time I have seen angels. I have been wanting to make my own glass totems for the garden and I think I'll need to go thrift store shopping! Thanks for sharing.
