Galvanized Letters & The Periodic Table

Hello!
A couple of weeks ago, I saw a project by Marianne (Domestically-Speaking.com) using galvanized metal letters that she had purchased at Michaels (it’s part of their Make Market collection). I had recently purchased a galvanized metal letter (K - the letter of my son's first name) and was going place it somewhere in the homeschool room. However, after seeing what Marianne had done, my mind went into geek mode.
Folks, here is my inner dialogue that took place when I saw Marianne’s galvanized HOME sign:
“Oh! She got some of those letters at Michaels, too.”
“HOME. Those letters look really nice in that room.”
“HOME. Hmmm..H. O. M. E.”
“H – hydrogen. O – Oxygen. M – Ummm…magnesium? No, that is Mg. E – E…e…E for elements!”
I became super excited and a few days later I was at Michaels picking up some more galvanized metal letters! I knew exactly what I was going to do with them.
After referencing my periodic table (I do not have all the elements memorized or their atomic number), I used my Silhouette Cameo to make some vinyl decals, so I could add the element information (atomic number, name, and atomic weight) for each letter.
Once I was done adding the element information to the letters and deciding where they will finally reside, I thought it would look nice to have them attached to some stained pieces of wood. My favorite color stain is Kona, by Rust-Oleum.
I purchased a total of eight galvanized metal letters. Here are four of those letters grouped together.
We are a family who loves science and my son is currently learning about the periodic table of elements and has watched a NOVA video about them a few times. I'm going for an industrial style homeschool room and very much like how the letters look in the room - even though I could only do a few of them. :)

Any chance you might be willing to make these for someone else?! I'm working with a couple getting married early July. They are both chemists and were looking for some non-traditional table numbers for the wedding. The bride saws yours and loved them but there is no way she'd be able to take on the DIY project ... jessica@dreamsonadime.com
