I want to paint some stepping stones and flower pots with glow in the dark paint for in my garden. Has anyone used this paint before, and how did it turn out?

I just purchased some and was told that it only glows for approximately two hours. It is a clear paint so during the day whatever you are painting will still show thru. Hope this helps.

That picture is totally misleading! Okay, that's too nice - that is a straight out LIE! I researched it and those are actually LED glowing flower pots, and they cost a PRETTTTY penny! The Rustoleum glow in the dark paint IS clear during the day, however when it does glow it's GREEN. I'm not sure how long it glows. However, I do know it DOES NOT WORK on darker colors. I have some black planters that I thought would glow all pretty like the photo you shared, but it doesn't work on them at all. Waste of an afternoon and like $25. On the bright side, the pots aren't messed up, they just look no different, and no glow. Rustoleum does say on the can that it works best on lighter colors, so if you wanted to do it over white it may work....BUT it would still glow GREEN. Hope this helps! ...and sorry to disappoint! :( http://www.rustoleum.com/product-catalog/consumer-brands/specialty/glow-in-the-dark-spray/

I saw this on Facebook and pinned it to my back yard projects on Pinterest. I will try it to see what results I get. If I am not satisfied I will surely take the paint back to the store for a full refund.

The person at Lowes told me it doesn't work well. He tried it and was very disappointed that it didn't work and told me I would be wasting my money. I wanted to paint it on some stones around my pond.

I wasted my money! Bought the spray to make my nice watering bucket Pinterest idea work and make my bucket glow along with the solar fairy lights and IT DID NOT Glow at all! :( besides the stuff is expensive!

I bought Martha Stewart glow in the dark paint for the same idea, it doesn't work at all.

A dalia grower in my neighbor hood used umbrellas to keep the rain of the blooms. They would work for sun protection and are easily removable as well. They were attached to ground stakes which made the height adjustable.
