Now this was an easy project, and one which let me try out my new-to-me Dremel Multi-Max.
You will need:
-1 stool seat or other solid wood circular object
-1 drawer pull with a screw backing long enough to go through your "door"
-A ruler
-Drill
-Screwdriver
Optional:
-sander
-paint, stain, or finish
On the quick and dirty, you can just measure to the center of the circle, pre-drill a hole for the pull, thread it through and call it art.
If you want to spend a little more time, sand it - I did to get rid of a cracking laminate finish - and paint or stain (which I did not do.) Then, attach the knob.
These make great fairy garden starters or are grand for fun decor inside. I'm going to hang mine in the front hall and hope to make a Tolkien-inspired mural!
