Spring Mantel

We have had such a dreary, rainy and cold winter like so many this year that I decided I need a very bright and cheerful mantel to usher Spring in.
I started by hanging a bright yellow rag wreath I made in the center of the pallet backdrop we use for our mantel wall.
Next I added some cute little fabric flowers I made and placed in painted peat posts. I also added some old books sans covers and cute little pudgy bunny.
The right side of the mantel. I love these cheerful little flowers and they were so simple to makes.
In the center of the mantel is the French graphic window I just made out of an old wall art I had. I love how that window turned out and it adds so much character. For more details on this mantel please go to the URL below.
