Can someone recommend a white paint color that isn't beige?

I would like the white paint to have more of a grey undertone than a tan or beige.

How white do you want it and for exactly what are you painting? I ask because I use Benjamin Moore Satin Impervo for painting trim. It’s a little pricey but so worth the costs.

My husband was a prof. Painter years ago. They painted homes that had just been built. One paint shade they used was called Cool White. It was gotten by taking reg. white paint and then they would put a few dropped of black.

Maybe look for the term Greige that is a combination of Beige and Gray. For our cabinets we chose a Duck White from Sherwin Williams and are very happy with our off white painted cabinet doors and a burnt wood glaze. It seems to go with any thing we put next to it. Or a color near it. We chose it as it does not show much pink, orange, yellow or other undertones at least to us in our lighting. Especially with the glaze on it. We chose greige tiles for our flooring in our bathroom and a nut color (slight brown gray color for another room). So far the kitchen cabinets have been installed but the tile is purchased and close by for both floors. We call the color a creme color.

What you really need to do it take paint samples into your home and lighting as it can vary based on the floor, ceiling, wall, and light colors and your current cabinets colors too! Sherwin Williams is what our cabinet manufacturer required to be coded in. But our painter who painted our remaining cabinets over the Oak ones used BM matching of our SW Paint.

Try cloud white by BM or get it color matched in any paint brand you prefer.
