DIY RIbbon Rack Tutorial
What to do to tackle the ever growing ribbon problem in your home? I was able to look beyond what was in front of me and found an amazing ribbon storage solution~
Not much potential in there here gun rack, right? You see a bazillion of these at thrift stores.....
Oh wait, lookie here! I was able to look past the gun rack to see it's full potential. Introducing my DIY Ribbon Rack! Let me tell you what I did:
I cleaned it of and sanded off the finish that was peeling and stuff.
Then I spray painted it off white.
Once dry, I got some patterned scrap paper and modge podge ...
I measured it out....
I cut them out..
Glued them on...
Then I trimmed the paper along the wood and covered with modge podge.
Last step is to get some dowels to fit across and feed some ribbon through it :)
Any ribbon you need, just unpin and unroll it :)
